I like what you've done with the symbols, and I'll add my support to having all symbols. I'm not against text, and I also prefer consistent font size and spacing.

I was trying to make something based on the Acorn logo or that logo in the style of the BBC Micro logo since a beige set brings to mind the Acorn Electron. My Illustrator skills are weak. I hope someone can do this.
