By layout I mean the physical number of keys. I can't find a layout that accommodates for the smaller right shift. There is an extra key on my keyboard

But I am unable to find any layout that properly assigns the keys, and none of the Keyboard Layout Creator setups have the right configuration

The problem is, I can't find any existing layouts that match the number of keys on each row so I can't modify the characters on each key. Apparently my keyboard is a variation of the ISO standard, so no idea what I'm supposed to do.

So how am I supposed to properly configure it? I can't find any layouts on MS Keyboard Layout Creator that have the correct number of keys on each row.
