Good luck, one of these with the spherical caps is my absolute holy grail... I would love to get one working.
I guess replacing the controller is really the way to go for these since they do not seem to be convertible to a modern protocol with a modern layout noninvasively

Oh that’s what I meant, I guess I was getting them crossed in my head the ones on the so‐called ‘Pingmaster’ keyboards which are very similar to my eye but for SKCC. I just love everything about these, from the off–center pencil holder and the embossed badge to the oddly prescient split spacebar (wh...

Matt this is neither here nor there, but you should do all white blanks and make my year ;) You can buy blank OEM caps from multiple places already. No need to get matt3o involved. Oh for some reason I assumed everyone was talking about MT3 because the mockups are in the same style, guess I skimmed...

I would be particularly interested in all white with maybe some accent keys. Sorry for asking here as I assume you’ve addressed this deep in a Granite group buy thread, but where does the Elvish keyboard layout you’ve used in the past come from, like does it map any established keyboard layouts or i...

Would a JIS (Japanese) Filco TKL support the Pegasus Hoof (or other)?
I am very interested in a JIS Filco, but I would like to be able to program one pretty substantially. Is there a replacement controller that supports them? Thank you

I think the most interesting use would be for simultaneous modifier keys. I’d like a layout with one under both Controls mapping to Shift, and two under the Alt keys mapping to Shift and Control respectively so I can have two alts, Alt Gr (via Control + Alt), and simple two‐key cords for all common ...

That’s a hell of a keyboard layout! It would get quite expensive considering literally every key is non‐standard and many require stabilizers due to the additional size. Your layout is currently feasible, I think, because you don’t employ the Alt Gr key. You would definitely need to use macros if yo...

One of the CJKV languages would be lovely. If you did Elder Futhark, I’d request that you think of something for the two extra keys instead of doubling up; bind runes, glyph variants, and punctuation are all options. Glagolitic would be interesting, since everyone likes Cyrillic. My all time favorit...

I wanted a keyboard for the Shavian alphabet, but my plan was to utilize the shift layer and the compose key for the ligatures. Unfortunately, Deseret appears to have minuscule and majuscule letter forms, which makes a compact layout more difficult. My concern is that a large keyboard would make it ...

Wow, I guess my youth is showing. I didn't see anything I recognized until page 17 saw Anaal Narkrath (which I don't like - too cheesy IMO) and Nails. I listened to that band "Jungbluth" and liked it. I've been going back towards emo, screamo, and post-hardcore just a little lately. For me the name ...

Hadn't put much thought into actually producing it. When I was making the layout, one of my biggest concerns was keeping a standard 6.25 unit space bar. I would probably use mostly if not all blanks. Also, I think that you're right about the arrow keys. They probably would be more intuitive with lef...
