I am going with Round 5, myself. The only issue with that, is you will probably have your keyboard fully assembled, half a year before your keycaps arrive... You might want to pick up a SP DSA Dolch set in the meantime (if they have any left). Not as awesome as the Sphericals, but will hold you ove...

I almost forgot about my row2: 1u (\|). I can probably live with a blank key though....

New to group buy keycaps.... How does one find out what size each key is pictured? Is it possible to get all the keys below in some fashion?

Row2: Backspace 1.5u, tab 1.5u
Row3 CapsL 1.75u, return 2.25u
Row4: shift 2.25u & 1.75u
Spacebar 6.25

Very similar to Matteo's 60% but more simple. (preferred gap next to arrows 0.25, with the other 0.25 spread out)
