Just my opinion on this: But there are good arguments being made for bluetooth, e.g. you can use the keyboard almost everywhere without carrying the dongle around and tablets for example have bluetooth but no USB for the dongle.

Depending on the outcome of your talk to the manufacturer I may take either two aluminum ISO150 plates or a 60% design. I would postpone the actual decision and order until then, if that is OK with you.

Unfortunately, I'm searching for an ISO150 60% plate ... maybe I shoud just cut a TKL plate down afterwards by hand

I am curious now: I own an PS/2 G84 like shown in the first pics (i think) and I really would prefer USB connectivity. Is there any (easy) possibility to achieve this?

i have a modified pcb with a 18x8 matrix (i'll have to check whether i recall the actual size correctly because the project rested a while) i want to controll with a teensy 2.0. Until now i just had quick look on your code and wondered, how i could modify it to get a controller for this matrix ...

A Mini keyboard with the option to be used wireless or with cable via USB is something that would be really cool, i think.

My G80-1800 is a little over 40cm wide, so this one should be too.

Is there any Workshop or HowTo available on how to do such a mod with a PS2 Keyboard?
