@romevi, what they are saying is that the Round 5A deadline is most likely going to be postponed. So if you'd rather have a Round 5A set (which you obviously do ;)) you can most likely place an order next month and still get in on the GB with a good margin. If I understand your problem correctly, the issue is caused by the if ... else statements. It's only the last if ... else statement that is going to have any effect. You should instead write something like:

if (level & BACKLIGHT_FN1)
showColor(253, 102, 0);
else if (level & BACKLIGHT_FN2 ...
