Getting hopeless, 21 hours passed, I need to get these asap and there are no other vendors for affordable switches in Germany (other than Conrad for Clears)

How long does this take to respond usually ? I sent an Order PM to CherryMX around 15 hours ago, and sent the command "PAYPAL" 40 minutes later but nothing came back yet
