Oh I wouldn't recommend Hasu now. Get this thing: https://kbdfans.com/products/hhkb-ble-mod-upgrade-module it's just $65 with international shipping. Hasu worked for about 2 days with a 2500 mAh battery, YDKB works ...

It's rather КГБ - soviet era, ФСБ - post-ussr. And I love the idea about the cross and maybe even Putin. Either his face or a "Put In" key. Also what about sculpted SA profile, is it harder to manufacture, is it more expensive for the buyer?

I'm ok with ВШ instead of ЗАБОЙ because the former is apparently standard and I can't find keyboards with "ЗАБОЙ" though it's very literal and accurate. Also it would be nice to have russian novelties, such as СБ (служба безопасности, security service) and ФСБ (Federal Security Service) such as here ...

Just to clarify things you asked.

Those names are OK (I'm native russian and my father is a philologist):

BACKSPACE: ЗАБОЙ (standard dictates ВШ, Возврат Шага here but I don't like it, ЗАБОЙ is better and more frequently used)
F1-F12: Ф1-Ф12 (функциональные клавиши)
FN: ФУНК (функция, ФУН is okay ...

Absolutely you can't. It's rather ЗАБОЙ. You have to be super accurate with russian unless you're intentionally making a hollywood-style absurdity. Better get a reference soviet era keyboard.

Yep. Just slightly. To center them while assembling. It's a weak paper glue so it's all reversible.

Used the same high adhesive glue stick (Berlingo) I use for my 3d printer. Very reliable and helps to save springs.
