Very cool project indeed. I always love seeing more Alps projects, and this is easily the coolest modern Alps board I've seen to date.

I have one of the new Mini M's and quite enjoy it. It exceeded my expectations for a Unicomp board at the very least. I have a few little gripes, but I also understand why they made most of the decisions they made (mainly color and bottom row).

I honestly didn't even consider reprogramming this as ...

Invested too heavily in Honeywell to get all the Cadet mods I needed, but Dancer helped fill it out the alphas pretty well I think.

I like the NovelKeys Burnt Orange Heavy Box switch a lot better for a tactile MX switch.

Comparing Topre to MX directly is just not a good thing to do, in my opinion. There is literally nothing that compares directly to it in MX or Alps.

The layout is quite interesting, especially the 1.25 right shift and location of |\ to left shift.

Are the switches comparable to Topre in terms of feel and tactility?
