Got my Kishaver today (finally!). So far so good, only two things I'm seeing:
1) Enter gets stuck if a stabilizer is used (yes, used the right kind)
2) This thing would really shine if it had feet!

Re: F62+F77 orders now open! New Kishsaver+Industrial Model F Keyboards
I know that we shouldn't ask when a particular order is going to be shipped, but rough stats like X mailed/Y to go/Z average per month could really help at least have a ballpark estimate. So that for example I can reasonably expect that my bet of getting mine in 2021 is lost or that there's a hope.

Re: F62+F77 orders now open! New Kishsaver+Industrial Model F Keyboards
Got a question to those who got their keyboards in the EU:
1) did the shipping notifications with tracking numbers come from Ellipse himself, postal/courier service, or both?
2) what service handled shipping? Your state post, or DHL/Fedex/UPC/you name it?

Special keys for copy/paste/find...
Many of you probably know that Sun keyboards have this block of keys on their left, where they’ve got dedicated keys for undo/redo, cut/copy/paste et cetera. These even have keycodes in the USB HID standard. (And a real Compose key. Man, but I dream of wiring up a mechanical Sun-style keyboard one d...

Re: F62+F77 orders now open! New Kishsaver+Industrial Model F Keyboards
You can see it however the fuck you want lad, the fact is I've seen NIB SSK's live on ebay for a maximum of $600. Some of these had even been opened up and bolt modded to ensure they pretty much last forever. Then what's the problem to go and buy them there? Listen bub, you keep bitching here and y...

It's not a beamspring one, but a model F. The one with big blue switch (viewtopic.php?t=14356)

Re: F62+F77 orders now open! New Kishsaver+Industrial Model F Keyboards
I have a question regarding the 0.9.2 firmware: is it any good for a xwhatsit controller that is attached to an IBM 3178 keyboard (with 16x8 matrix), or is it specific to this Model F? I have one which starts double registering some keys and not register others after some time of use (at first, twea...

Nope, tried that too. Also tried mapping to F20/F21 which emit 0x6F and 0x70 (found here: https://github.com/tmk/tmk_keyboard/iss ... -279113313), but they mute/unmute mic and turn the touchpad off, respectively.

I'm kind of late to this party, but I hope someone has an answer: how does one remap keys to be those brightness up/down keys you find on Macbooks? I googled in vain, and those for sure are not F14 and F15, but a thing of their own. I don't see them on the list of recognized key names, can anyone he...

It was used (keycap wear) and filthy (storage). Anyway, after poking Phosphorglow and Unicomp (to no avail) I ended up contacting a local shop that makes industrial flexible keyboard, and they can make a replica membrane for me. Probably will send it to them the next week. The membrane was intact be...

Do IBM Model M's have membranes without the middle sheet?
I have bought a Model M 122-key keyboard that turned out to be dead. The controller didn't send anything to a Soarer's converter when I shorted rows and columns, and the membrane was quite oxidised. While until yesterday I had some doubts if the membrane itself is damaged, now my doubts are no more ...
