Move it to The Ultimate Flame Topic. Could be entertaining.
By the way, you should switch to IBM.

I much prefer the Cherry dyesubs to the IBM ones. Much better feeling. IBM ones are too unstable and different on like every batch I tried.
Keycaps for me:
1) Topre PBT
2) Cherry PBT
3) IBM
4) Cherry ABS
and then its all the same after that.

Also I totally agree that they are not worth $300 a set though. Must be just the rarity by now. Funny story is that Cherry apparently thought their dyesub keys were worse than their abs double shots, since they have been exclusively used in the G81 line, with a very few exceptions.

IMO Cherry dyesubs aren't worth the prices they're going for at all. Still waiting for KBC to come out with REAL dyesubs...

Oops. I thought those looked weak.
Wonder what these are?

Doesn't have the funky two part "Back Space" of the Signature Plastics doubleshot. Tab and Windows aren't KBC style.

Thanks, was wondering where those were from.
We still have kerning problems. I wonder if half the problem is the person ordering it, not just Signature Plastics.

More SP Font rants. SP doubleshots on top. Cherry Corp doubleshots on bottom.

As I said...I am currently using an IBM 1390133 as my main board...though I am alternating with the sweet access board I got from 42.tar.gz with mx blues.snerual wrote:Double shots are nice. Maybe even nicer than dye-sub keys.
But I agree with webwit - switch to IBM. And sell your Cherry dye-subs.
I think I need to come up with a creative way to sell this set of caps here...screw ebay, and im not going to sell the caps for 400$, thats insane. Maybe some form of competition or reverse auction would work.

You could have a Gypsy Auction.
That's where you put it on the table then sees who steals it first.
Sorry, just saw The Red Violin recently. Samuel L. Jackson only yells once at the Hotel receptionist but 3/5 boob rating.

Or an American Auction.ripster wrote:You could have a Gypsy Auction.

That's where the item is not for sale but you just take it, kill everybody around and then claim the whole house now belongs to you.
Any more prejudices?
