how to change name on deskthority

I made this name 2 or 3 years ago and I would like to change it, but when I try to change it in my profile manager it literally shows up as being uneditable, no matter what I try, and it seems like nobody else is having this problem. thanks.

edit, if there is absolutely no way to do this just say so please
