I discovered this project that uses an AI engine to take input and draw pictures from it. I entered “deskthority” and got the image below. It’s images are rough but I think it has the right idea!

I don’t recommend putting in “ugly” or “pretty”. It comes back with some weird stuff!
Is an amusing project and interesting what it comes up with. IBM Model M and F look like old terminals. Alps only comes up with pictures of mountains. Here’s the link of you want to try it out:https://www.craiyon.com/

I concur that some results are weird.
That said, this is what came out after I wrote in "battleship keyboard".
I am running now "Big Ass Enter", and... I'm not sure if I want to see what comes out of craiyon.

I would believe these pics entirely if they were for Reddit. Too unicorny. Not enough Helvetica. The drunk / puke effect is cool tho.

Big thanks to the folks who thought to make this, and thanks to you for sharing your experience with keyboard-based results through it! I have been having fun using this AI myself, it's quite versatile. Of the ones posted in this thread the key switch results are most interesting to me, it's neat seeing how it interprets the concept.

Probably someone asked about membrane keyboards and it's now insane in the membrane.
And, indeed...
... no, I'd rather not attach the result of writing in that phrase.

I threw this at it and was surprised it figured it out. Not sure my seven year old would want to color these…

Not at all…
I gather these machine learning based AIs are trained on web search terms and results, so effectively they are mirroring our own hopes, prejudices and fears back at us. Hearing ourselves in a conceptual tape recorder, if you will. But it’s quite something when you ask them questions humans do not know we have already answered!

While brainstorming potential props for a sci-fi game…
So computers dream about unattainable computers, who knew? Top right one could be a DT header, if it was actually real and one of us owned one to shoot! The centre right one is clearly a beamspring, going by the depth.
Things get weirder when you throw a weapon into the spec. The bottom right one has a classy aesthetic, if you forgive the 'drawing' style. As "sit-up and beg" as an Apple IIc.

Yes. I see what you mean. I was very disappointed - I really wanted to see an accurate representation of this:
Obviously AI hasn't been perfected yet.

So I wrote in "Steve Jobs' reality distortion field" and... this... came up.
Actually...
... this AI is actually on to something here.
