Some suggestions in my rude sketch:

The attachment moving.PNG is no longer available

I would move that to the left, where it is in posts.

BTW: the message composition form looks a bit scattered.
What about

To:
Subject:
Text:

and 2 sendmail buttons, one above the To field and one below the message input field.

BTW: Would be great to have the actual text of the message included in the e-mail notification.

Could be usefull, just in case somone wants to get some keycaps, somewhere next year ...

Should be easy. In fact, someone already did it before most likely. I'll look into it.
