DT often issues a "Forbidden" message.
As Muirium pointed out before in the thread "A Workaround for the Site's Permission Denied Errors", you can delete the &sid= part of URLs and then reload the page to circumvent this issue.

However, this does not work for PMs.
A member gave me a hint, which I have tested and which works for me.
Their explanation was that deleting the &sid= thing manually from the address bar does not work and "you need a content/ad blocker like uBlock Origin which remove the query parameter before the browser tries to load the page." So obviously it requires that you have such a content/ad blocker installed as a browser extension.

Here is how to fix the PM issue (again, it works for me):

In your uBlock Origin browser extension settings, go to "My filters", check "Enable my custom filters", add a line with

Code: Select all

deskthority.net$removeparam=sid
to the filters text editor, and click "Apply changes".
Thanks to the member for the hint, and good luck to all.
