I tried resetting my password recently. As expected, I received the email with the link to the form where I could enter a new one, but when clicking "submit" it took me to a page telling me something went wrong and that "An Error Occured" and "that the page you are looking for is currently unavailable".
This bug currently prevents me from logging in to Deskthority on any other computer than this one where I once logged in with "remember me" checked.
Reset password not working

I am having the same issue, and unless I somehow find my current password, I'll have to get a different account. Password reset email does not get sent to my email, and I need to enter my current password to either reset a password or get a new email address. And the admin hasn't replied to my email.

Are you perhaps using a Gmail account? Supposedly there are issues with that.

I think there was a problem with the email you used to register.

The actual problem is this:

Not great, and not getting fixed under the current ownership! But if you have one computer that knows your login, your web browser there ought to be able to show you the credentials you used, so you can manually enter them elsewhere.

Yeah no... Looks like my account is gone for good then. Unless I can get an admin to change my email to hotmail, but I doubt that's possible. Interesting that gmail of all services has the biggest problem accepting these emails.
