Setting up a feed via http://deskthority.net/feed.php?f=52 for example, when I first subscribed I got a list, but it seems to update very sporadically. Sometimes I get updates right after something new shows up, sometimes it takes a day.
Is there a different url I should be using, is this known to have issues?
Are RSS feeds supposed to work?

I can't replicate the behaviour. Maybe your browser doesn't refresh it often. Feed.php does a database query so always returns the latest info.
