Yes, the color inspiration is a hybrid of pro golfers John Daly’s and Ian Poulter’s haberdashers. Not really. Other dorky hobby is birding, and this somewhat reflects the kingfisher.

While not a complete guide, I believe this thread on GH could help you out. For the process of toner transfer and etching, google and youtube will be great friendsRedmaus wrote: ↑Now I want Yoe to make a guide on how to make that PCB.

That keyboard sleeve looks awesome! Great match for the board You must have made that before you got the keyboard, right?seaworthy wrote: ↑Yes, the color inspiration is a hybrid of pro golfers John Daly’s and Ian Poulter’s haberdashers. Amazing little custom there seaworthy/Yoe, nice work.
The Zenith is going to need some work, by a country mile the mankiest board I've had across my desk...the pile of fluff/grime I pulled off just the stabilizer wires was as big as my thumb. The caps cleaned up nice, going to try and get the plate cleaned up with a bit of hot water and a toothbrush before I go on with the switches. These green alps have LED cut-outs which is perfect for letting all the shite that accumulated on the board over the years fall into them and I guess is what has lead to some of the switches feeling as scratchy as a porcupine cod-piece...

@bocahgundul: The feel of an Alps switch can vary quite a lot depending on how much dirt has found its way into the switch. I have an Orange Alps board that feels scratchy to me. For whatever reason, I've had the best "Alps experience" with Alps brown switches -- excellent tactile feedback and very smooth.

@bocahgundul I have a few boards with orange Alps as well. They are VERY similar in feel and sound (some say indistinguishable). The orange Alps are more aesthetically pleasing to look at (by far), but I like the feel of Salmon just slightly better--feel a bit more crunch to me.

No both are linear and from what I understand (I only own green Alps) they feel quite similair. Both are from the same switch series, Alps SKCL Green being the first Alps SKCL switch in that series.bocahgundul wrote: ↑how does the green and yellow differs in feel is it like cherry mx black and cherry mx red?
