Spanish layout IBM boards (beam spring?) in Valencia

At the "Dalí Cibernético" exhibition in Valencia, alongside some reproductions of Salvador Dalí's paintings and AI-generated animations based on his work, there was some old IBM kit on display. The keyboards are beam springs, I think? They have an older Spanish layout with the Ñ character but no Ç.

What these had to do with the great artist wasn't explained anywhere, except to say that he professed a great interest in science and technology.
