A quick follow up about the GH60 that Scott had issues with. It turned out the cause was with his screw in stabilisers which were shorting tracks. Easily fixed by adding insulating mats. Also the missing diode has been replaced. The keyboard now works as it should.
I think this is main advantage of getting stuff locally instead of ordering in China. You get a proper support in case of problems.

I just got it back yesterday and all is good now. I definitely agree with czarek here, I'm really glad we could get things fixed. Falbatech even gave me my prototype qHACK plate and a nice braided cable (since my cables were too wide for their case) free for the trouble.

Guys, something is seriously broken with your email system. I've just gotten 6 emails in a row containing all of my support requests and order details from the previous few months.
Edit: Perhaps you need a thread in the Vendors subforum, it doesn't make sense for product notifications, support questions, etc to be in here...
Edit 2: I've gotten even more emails now, please, wtf is going on?

Guys, do you know how long they approx need to reply to emails? Apparently they included the wrong space key stabilizer in my order. Mine is bended and does not work with a plate. Not sure whether I am eligible to receive a new one because my orders is from July. Any ideas where I could buy a cheap space cherry stabilizer from Europe?

If you send it thru their site it probably don't work. Try sending Czarek a PM here instead. He's normally fast to respond.jigg4 wrote: ↑Guys, do you know how long they approx need to reply to emails? Apparently they included the wrong space key stabilizer in my order. Just checked their site and saw that the email system worked and he already replied. I just did not receive the email. But about out to falbatech once again. He said he will ship a flat wire stabilizer immediately
BTW: where can I find some setup guides for the software and layout part of this PCB?

Hi, I'm very sorry but our email system is going down and up every now and then, as we're moving to the new shop platform. We're going to add a note on the old shop so people contact us directly on email (which always works).
The other question about the setup. It's standard GH60 in latest revision (rev. C) so you can use either TMK source code and compile that, or use web interface from: http://tkg.io/ to edit your layouts. Also by default we're programming keyboards with standard Poker layout (either ISO, or ANSI), just so we can test everything before keyboard is shipped.
