I've been recently in contact with CableMod, and had asked if they were ever planning on making custom cables for keyboards. They said they would, if they saw a need for them.
Would anyone be interested in such a product?

Glad to hear I'm not the only one!! Imagine, keyboard cables with no heatshrink, and minimal connectors. If enough people show their interest, we might be able to make it happen!!
