The keyboard looks similar to a IBM model f at but I am not one hundred percent convinced that this is even made by IBM, may I get some help confirming this keyboard manufacturer and if possible the switches?

Huh perhaps those are the ones used in this board. Have no idea what those switches are, though I'd assume some kind of linear switch like SMK or Mitsumi.
The switches are very tactile but the bump is longer similar to other switches like topre, its a lot quieter than cherry mx browns, its weighting feels similar to mx brown, a bit heavier. Overall a good tactile rubber dome switch. I like these switches better than the model m with buckling springs over membrane that I tried recently.
Oh, of course, this probably uses a PCB inside, so having LEDs within keys isn't difficult. Fujitsu had special LEDs that connected to the matrix for the FKB4700, to allow in-key LEDs to operate from a membrane.
