Restoring Apple Adjustable Keyboard?

I recently got a Apple Adjustable Keyboard and I got a problem with most of the switches.

According to the DT wiki the switches are supposed to be tactile. But they only feel very scratchy and I don't feel any tactillity at all. It feels like sandpaper when I press the keys. I suspect that the switches need some sort of cleaning.

But now to my questions.

Does it help at all to try and clean Alps SKFS White switches?
And if it does. How do I disassemble the switches? I have tried to search online but the only guides I found was for Alps SKCM switches.

I've just started to collect mechanical keyboards so I don't have much knowledge yet.
