I really like the Futaba MA switch. It's like clicking an empty can.
I have three (slightly different) EAT-1010 keyboards and they're all NOS and feel great.

Great looking boards there. I'm a fan of the switch too - I have an EAT-1010 (NOS) and an AK1012, plus a couple of Sejin SKM-1030 keyboards.
