I was gonna make myself a user: page in the forum but I was kinda confused when I went to wiki/User:Seirin-Blu and it didn't exist. I then think "I must be stupid and have forgot to capitalize my username when signing up", but I go back to the forum and behold the B is capitalized.
Does anyone know why this is?

On Wikimedia (the wiki software, and perhaps on other wiki software as well) the name of User pages (it may apply to other pages as well, but I can't confirm that) only the first letter can be capital.
I have no idea if that's a setting that can be changed in the administration or if it requires changing the actual code to allow capitalization of the other letters.

This link possibly answers your question.
In short: yes, it's a config setting but it also requires a magic cookie in your user page.

That's Mediawiki - Wikimedia is the foundation behind Wikipedia and other stuff.

There is at least one page on the Wiki that uses {{DISPLAYTITLE}}, so apparently it is enabled and ready for use.
