Seems to be missing from the wiki. I have a BTC 5339R-0 that uses them. I have pictures I'd be happy to share, but I don't really know what to say about it. Anybody know production or design history, or anything interesting to make an article for them?

The information that you have is more than enough to justify writing a Wiki article about it. Many articles don't even have any pictures.
For me, I use the Wiki (and the previous Geekhack Wiki) to guide purchasing decisions. If I come across an online auction for a keyboard that I have not seen before and the description is next to none, I would have to search the web to get more info. Just being able to match model number to FCC ID could be a great help. Info on what switches and type of key caps the keyboard has helps even more. Pictures are gold.

Okay, so I created this article. Now how do I make it accessable?

Some brief tips :–
Two things you'll want. One is the infobox at the top right. The other is categorisation, which puts the page into all the appropriate categories.
You can use these two pages for examples:
Use of infobox — copy and paste the {{infobox dkeyboard …}} section and amend as necessary: [wiki]Focus FK-2001[/wiki]
Categorisation: [wiki]BTC-5100C[/wiki]
(Hit Edit on each page to see the code to copy)
Writing "[[Category:X]]" puts a page into category X, which is how you find pages. The most obvious one is Category:BTC keyboards. Also, each keyboard will go under List of all keyboards. You'll also want a new category for the foam and foil keyboards — these are all the existing categories for switch types:
http://deskthority.net/wiki/Category:Ke ... _by_switch
To make a new category, just add [[Category:Name of new category]] (e.g. [[Category:Keyboards with foam and foil switches]]), save the page, click the red category link at the bottom, then categorise that page as [[Category:Keyboards by switch]].
You can always use existing categories as a basis for new ones — everything you need, you will always find a similar page to use as an example.

Fascinating — it has the same shaped sliders as their rubberdome switches.
