Please suggest nominees for the Best deskthority wiki contributor in 2012. You have to give a short motivation for each suggestion.

Daniel Beardsmore - He's only been editing since September this year and already has close to 800 edits. He's probably the only person bothered to try and sort out the mess that is Alps so kudos to Daniel.

I would like to add Findecanor as well, for all kinds of contributions during the year.

We have already had a Wiki contest this year, and I came only a shared third place (or was it fourth?). In the time after that, I have not done that much, but Daniel Beardsmore has done a lot on the Wiki, (although but most of what I have seen has been housekeeping in articles that I had written..)
