Oh, that old chestnut. There seemed to be an interest for a while for drop-in Hall sensor based replacements for Cherry MX boards.
Hall sensors always need a power pin. Maybe you can steal it from LED power. But that's not great.
It's good to see new development, but this would require a new PCB in addition to the switches.
