7bit is very slow on many things, so I don't normally expect an immediate response. Considering we just had a Christmas holiday, I expect him to be slower than usual.
Having no idea when things are moving are the norm though, for 7bit's work.

I made several payments for Round 5/6 and never got an answer from 7bot. But the bot stops sending you invoice notifications after 7bit got your money. You can send WASSUP to 7bot to trigger an email with the current status of your order and the group buy.
In the answer you will see wether your expenses are balanced or not.

You send a WASSUP message to the bot to get an updated invoice. If your payment is received, you should find your outstanding balance is zero. It can take around one day or more for the bot to respond to your request.

Looking at my latest WASSUP, I paid 2x for SHIPTRACKED, so my order *should* have tracking info..
but as of 06 JAN the only shipping info that shows up is from 2016-05-04 for the R5 leftovers that
shipped separately.
My statement on 16 NOV 16 shows "Amount Due -2.62" but the one from 06 JAN 17 shows "Amount Due 0.38"
(and SHIPTRACKED x2 is listed). I'd not changed anything about my order in at least six months.
Did 0765 actually get sent SHIPTRACKED? Looks like I was charged for it, and I don't mind paying the 38 cents
(or dollar, or five dollars, or whatever) that I owe, just let me know who to send it to.
Sigh. I'm in a foul mood. Hopefully the bot will update me with a tracking number tomorrow. Here's to hoping.

And.. nope. Got latest update from the bot, it's the same as from Jan 6th. I was charged for SHIPTRACKED on both parts of my order 0765, both the R5 leftovers that already shipped, and for the main part of the order that shipped on Dec. 20th. The bot only lists tracking info for the R5 leftovers, back from May 2016.
It's been about a month, I have no keys or tracking info
