The chances that we exceed 100%, exceed 100%*. How much is the question. Because that's where the prices come from.

Excuse my ignorance but I'm unclear what else besides the honey standard kit that I would need for the Cherry 1800. I'm going to buy the red and black modifiers but I suspect I will need to buy some extras but I'm unsure of which ones. Any suggestions?

I notice the SS family has a 6 unit space bar...7bit wrote:There is no 6 units space bar available.
If there were green caps, you would need START too:7bit wrote:PLAY is always green and never red. But there is no green in the group buy ....

Wow, high hat priority! (no drumkit pun intended)7bit wrote:Before there will be a 1.25 units row 4 key, I would add:
1.5 units hat cap, row 3
1 unit row 3 keys with extended height, so they are as tall as the rear or a row 1 key
2 unit row 3 keys with extended height, so they are as tall as the rear or a row 1 key, to fit on 2 switches
10 units space bar to fit on my Nixdorf keyboard that has awfully yellowed key caps
6 units space bar for G80-119xx keyboards etc.
5.5 units space bar to cover NoPoos
I guess you will put a top hat legend on one for the DT club...

For the 2nd keyboard, there is no 6 units space bar available.
No love for our particular model at all from anyone. That is why the PBT spacer key (original) is so valued and kept. You will never see that spacer key sold on ebay by itself.
Just need to wipe away my tears and hope that somehow something magical occurs and we get a 6 unit spacer built for us in the far future.

A solution is to mod it and split the bar : for example by adding a symmetrical AltGr or a well-placed Escape key (if you're a Vim user)

Or any of the kits for that matter. I'd gladly order more if it means the price will go down.farinasa_ wrote:Escape - Row 1

Thanks a lot! Also I was wondering what kind of volume it would take to bring down the prices on the deep dish single caps?

Can someone let me know which set(s) I would need for a Cherry G80-3000 keyboard, ANSI layout? White alphas and grey modifiers, please.
Would I just need a HONEY/STANDARD125 and HONEY/SPACE625/GREY?
