Thanks for the help! It worked. I got a new invoice with the address updated.zslane wrote: ↑It most likely worked just fine, but you won't get a new invoice showing the new address immediately. Invoice updates are somewhat sporadic. If you do get a new invoice and the address isn't the new one, then PM 7bit (not 7bot) directly and ask for his assitance.
(Confusion alert: 7bot is a piece of bot software and is the correct recipient for order and address changes; 7bit is its human overlord and is the correct recipient for special help requests)
I submitted the same PM for address change back in July and the invoices since never reflected the change till now.

Now they put those Ice cpas in the schedule.
Still no change to our phase 2:(
I was thinking - they must finish Chocolatiers set by February 2017, so they must finish our phase2 by then, right?
Chocolatier isn't even on schedule yet.

The Ice Cap ones, being dye sub, should be easier and faster, I would think? Also, they're only doing like 100 of them.phinix wrote: ↑Now they put those Ice cpas in the schedule.

I'm sorry to see they're all row 3, I hope their "experimental" dyesub SA caps aren't always row 3. I would've gotten them if they were sculpted. Well, if they were sculpted and also if I were psychic enough to know when they were going up for sale - I'm sure they sold out in minutes.

7bit, i have a question... How the occurrence of new paypay collector will speed the Phase 2 ????
Most of ordered keycaps are paid, so you should have enough money to pay SP.
Can you tell us any expected date of phase 2 finishing ?
Thanks.

7bit, should I open a dispute for my June 8th payment to mashby, or will he eventually send an update? He accepted my funds, but hasn't submitted the payment.7bit wrote: ↑I still need someone to collect PayPal money. This is necessary to speed up phase 2 production!!!

There are a lot of unsold kits, plus some extra costs for the remakes of keys that had been messed up by me sending SVG grphics at 1000dpi, while SP requires 72dpi.
What is missing are about $12,000 to cover production of the 2nd half. If there is nobody collecting PayPal money, I can only sell to EU (normal bank transfer) and US people (Google Wallet), which slows down the whole thing significantly.
And finally: No Round 7!

I find this odd because when I ran the SHIFT legend experiment last year, I sent SP vector files (for which there is no dpi to deal with) and the double-shot legends came back perfect the first time. Why oh why is anybody sending raster images to SP? That just leads to high potential for errors. I really thought this was made abundantly clear last fall.7bit wrote: ↑...plus some extra costs for the remakes of keys that had been messed up by me sending SVG grphics at 1000dpi, while SP requires 72dpi.

You might remember that I was not able to generate those files and had to use SVG files. SP scaled them down to whatever they thought is right, ignoring my orderlist which had the keys all in the correct size and also did not ask me to send them in the correct scaling. Instead, they just produced the keyes with too small legends.

Just move the incomming money to a bank account and when you have like $10,000 collected, send them to SP.
Also: You need to tell the bot who has paid how much and when.

Does this mean you still need to sell 12K's worth of round 2 keys before you can pay SP? As in, could production theoretically be finished but we won't get the keys till more money is gathered?7bit wrote:There are a lot of unsold kits, plus some extra costs for the remakes of keys that had been messed up by me sending SVG grphics at 1000dpi, while SP requires 72dpi.

Yes, they can start production of 2 colors right now (let's say white and grey keys).
If Mashby would finally come up we can pay at least another $3643.34. If we had a PayPal money collector, there is $6817.49 due to be paid, enough to cover the 3rd color (the red ones for example).
So, anybody who is helpnmg collect money is speeding up the production.
BTW, SP did forget to make most of the violett/cream keys and is currently producing them. The first batch was fully covered for quite some time (since January!), so all those delays so far have been caused by Signature Plastics. I really don't want production to be pushed into 2017, just because there is no way people can pay.
If you don't want to collect $10,000 or so, just do only $5,000 or $2,500. If there are more than one doing it, there would be no problem.
