Seriously, Beige GMK with lots of options should be always in stock somewhere! 7bit?

After getting one Cherry beige set I realized I like more darker sets. But that doesn't mean this isn't a cool classic looking set

I love that the classic cherry beige sets look amazing with just about any color mods and or alphas. It is an extremely versatile set. So far I've seen it mixed with CMYW,Dolch color pack,Purple mod pack,Cyrillic Alphas and they all look amazing !

Exactly this, it is the best 'default' set from which to deviate.Sed8op8 wrote: ↑I love that the classic cherry beige sets look amazing with just about any color mods and or alphas. Have you thought more about going with blanks instead of the win8 caps?photekq wrote: ↑Command/Option won't happen, but I have been thinking about the blanks. I may put them in. If they were to go in, they would replace the doubleshot win8 logo caps.

There are blank winkeys, win8 and win98. The blanks just aren't in the mockups

I'm dying for the win98 tbh. Idk why, but I will always be fond of that logo, flying toasters and that strikingly boring shade green they used for default backgrounds...

Me too. That's a large part of why I usually avoid winkey keyboards altogether.SL89 wrote: ↑I'm dying for the win98 tbh. Idk why, but I will always be fond of that logo, flying toasters and that strikingly boring shade green they used for default backgrounds...

Are there AltGr caps?
Originally I did have them in there. Originally the extra set contained all the keys necessary to make a perfect UK ISO kit (including logo only tab + backspace and alt gr keys). It was about 15 or so keys total just for the UK ISO kit I think. However, I thought the extra kit was far too expensive and I wanted it to be cheaper, so I cut a lot of keys out. I also changed the UK ISO kit to a US ISO kit (reduction of about 10 or so keys).
I doubt many of the people using ISO would be using US ISO, however I also figured that not many of the ISO users would be from the UK. So, since we can't realistically cover every regional ISO layout, I thought it would be best to go with a generic 'functional' ISO layout with minimal extra keys, US ISO. I hoped the only people who might be a little upset would be UK ISO users.

I don't think it matters when this GB runs.... I think it will always make MOQ PDQ (pretty damn quick).
This set is an absolute must-have. No doubt about it.
Photekq, I 'm calling that favor from Bunny's second Secret Santa: you gotta start this GB!
Cheers,
K

Good news!
Everything seems to be ready to go. I promised I would give roughly 1 weeks notice, and this is it.
So long as I don't discover any issues and so long as nothing changes, the GB will start in 1 week give or take a day or two.
Just as a recap, here are the final mockups (SORRY! NO ALT GR!) :
7u and 6.25u spacebars in L9 will also be offered.
Pricing is as follows (changed slightly from last time as we will be having the sets presorted) :
Main set :
EU - £82.50 - 115EUR~
NON-EU - £72.50 - $112.50~
Extras set :
EU - £27.50 - 38.50EUR~
NON-EU £22.50 - $35~
Spacebars :
£2 - $3.1~ / 2.8EUR
As said before, EU is more expensive because the EU order sets will be shipped to me and VAT will have to be paid. However, you will pay no import charges, so you don't lose any money in the end!
Any questions please do post.
P.S I think Alt Gr keys will be added if we reach 400 orders

Finally! Classic beige looks oh so pretty, as long as I manage to ignore the ugly ass win 95 flags.
For how long do you expect to keep orders open (given that we reach moq relatively quickly)?

1 month at the minimum. It might be extended by a week or so depending on how things go, e.g if it comes close to 400 orders.Khers wrote: ↑Finally! Classic beige looks oh so pretty, as long as I manage to ignore the ugly ass win 95 flags.

That's why I added win8 and blank winkeys For some reason nobody can agree on them, and everyone seems to only like 1 type and hate the others. I figured it was best to cover all bases.
