Monoprice PS/2 to USB "Converter Adapters" are on sale for $1.99 (reg. $6.49) on both Monoprice.com and Amazon US. Looks like Amazon UK has them on sale at £5.44 (reg. £7.99).

I'd say this product has worked for about 5 of 7 or so AT-based keyboards I've tried it on.

Thanks for the notice! This is an active adapter which is needed on some older keyboards.

Looks the same as the Perixx-branded adapter. One thing to be aware of with this type is that they forget held keys after a couple of seconds.
