Where can I buy replacement foot pads for a Poker case?

My recent 60% build used one of those Poker compatible chinese plastic cases, which I bought used. Thing is, it's missing the four pill-shaped rubber/foam pads on the bottom.

If anyone knows where I can find replacements, that would be a big help.

I think any rubber face of an old table tennis paddle (or similar material), cut to the right shape, would do
