Payment method help

Hello everyone! Orihalcon and me we are having some troubles due to find a payment method for my order. We are trying to find a secure method where I can accept all the risk if my shipment don't arrive. I'm in Argentina, so I can't choose the "send money to family and friends" option from Paypal because of political stuff about my country. Ebay is completely not an option because of this and the taxes.
Someone has an idea?

you can just do goods/services paypal and include the extra fees on your end.

Yes, but how I accept all re risk about the shipping?

if you really want to do that why not just pay and not make any claims? if you get scammed (which orihalcon will not) paypal doesnt force you to do anything.
