This tops so-called "scrawly tops" they were made by Forward Electronics in Taiwan, specially for Chinese manufacturers.These are the most common blues, just made at the FD factory.

It's been mentioned here before, but this is the first time I've actually seen blue SKCM with a logo on the upper housing. Makes sense, and ties in nicely with the "second factory" we've heard about. Did all the switches made there have the "scrawly" logo and bigger mold numbering?
