I'm selling one of my two remaining industrial SS top half cases. They were bought brand new from Unicomp years ago, around 2011 to be precise. Found them in a box during the last move. The picture is a bit yellowish due to bad lighting.

I received 6 messages of people wanting to buy so I decided to offer the remaining case up for sale but this time as an auction with a starting price of 50€ + shipping. All offers are to be made publicly. bidding ends on Tuesday (October 1st) at 20:00 CET. Thank you.
P.S. I don't want to appear greedy but I do have a baby on the way and we are looking to move to a bigger place, if possible so every € helps. Hence my decision to auction the remainign top off.

First person to DM me was Muramasa and he will be getting the first top.
Second top is being auctioned off. I hope this clears up any misunderstandings.

I'd feel better not bidding against a new account created today

The auction was a shitshow as taylorswiftttttt blocked any other potential bidders with his initial bid of 150€. When he realized nobody else was bidding, he retracted his bid. So anyone not watching the thread wasn't aware of his bid retraction making them unable to make bids of their own. Anyway, tyrantcyan won the auction and I'm in the process of negotiating the sale.

To say that I "blocked any other potential bidders" is clearly false, as two other people bid on the auction.Half-Saint wrote: ↑09 Oct 2024, 10:44The auction was a shitshow as taylorswiftttttt blocked any other potential bidders with his initial bid of 150€. If the auction was a "shitshow", it was because the only rules you stated were the starting bid and the end time.
I "bid" 150€ at first, and then edited it down to the starting bid, because I decided that was the best way to follow the extremely vague rules you set up. I was not maliciously trying to discourage other people from bidding like you claim.
I made my initial bid on 29 Sep 2024, 05:30. I am confident that it was edited 12 hours later, by 29 Sep 2024, 17:30. The auction did not end until 01 Oct 2024, 19:00, which was over 2 days after I changed my bid. Anyone else interested in the auction had plenty of time to check the thread and see what the current bid was.
If you were concerned about my bid change, you could have replied to the thread any time in the 49 hours between my edit and the end of the auction to let everyone know that the bid had been lowered, but you didn't.
If you were concerned about this auction, you could have made an attempt to clearly define the rules, like what the bid increments were and whether new accounts were allowed to bid, but you didn't.
Do not blame me for a "shitshow" auction that you set up.
