It's in good condition, but needs cleaning. I attempted a surface clean but it didn't make much difference.
Some marks around the case but it's just dirt - I think it should come off with proper cleaning.
It powers on and all keys light up, but it's not converted so I can't test any further than that.
Switches are Alps SKCL Yellow. They're in good condition overall, very usable.
Some have a very small amount of scratch, but I don't notice while using it.
Two keycaps have cracked, please see imgur album for closeups. This does not affect use.
It comes with a double-sided function overlay - Japanese on one side, English on the other.
It also comes with a Japanese power cable. It takes a standard 3-prong kettle lead and does 100-240V.
