According to current DT quotation: $69–300 (Depending on version, year of production etc)
$217 (1992)[2] and considering the following diagram: Are you willing to shell out 250$? What do you think is the fair price?

One problem I have with the three examples from dcopellino -- no offense intended -- you're looking at currently selling ads on ebay. You should be looking at sold ads to determine an average price. Breaking out my Latin skills and trying to convert that into Italian, the highest price for a sold Model M was 220 Euros (90 degree adapter needed) and the lowest was 91 Euros (PS/2). I left out a couple that were even less expensive because they fell outside the date range OP specified.

@hellothere, I agree, even though the graphic chart already shows the current objective prices trend. The point is how much is it worth for you who want it now.
Another retro calculation could be that of observing what hasn't been bought on eBay looking at closed auctions with no bets. For instance, the attached pic would show that on eBay accessed from an Italian ip today. And expanding the search with a more common keyword....I found that. The last listing is mine.
no greed at all!
The highest and successful bid on a model m ended at 91€, not shown here, though.
