Stabilisers set - lubed

I'm fed up with tuning, lubing stabs for my keyboards. For some reason I constantly have issues with those, I followed every possible guidance for lubing stabs and keep having issues - either rattling, making weird noises, scratchy feeling on spacebars etc

I wish someone could do it properly for me, so thought I would ask if someone could PROPERLY mod stabs set for me?
Which stabs are popular and good quality these days? Still Durock?
There was one called Staebies V2.1?
Or Typeplus x YIKB?
