Hello,

anyone know this keyboard? which switch ? I can not find any info about it.

Could be mechanical, could be rubber dome. The looks are similar to those:

also the connection to the motherboard will not be possible? there are adapters for this?

It's likely to be another RAFI RS 76M board, since those caps look to be the same as the NCR Decision Mate V.

The raised parts of the keycaps are not circular: the top of the circle is truncated. So yes, that matches the Decision Mate V, and not the keyboards Kurk posted.

However, so far as I can tell, RAFI's switches all have compatible keycap mounts, as it appears do the may-be-RAFI-may-not-be-RAFI switches in Kurk's first link¹. (It's not yet confirmed whether the keycaps are compatible with ITW/Devlin low-profile magnetic valve switches with Cortron square keycap mount.)


¹ I've never had a response from RAFI with regards to confirming whether they ever made those; they may be an old product that has long since disappeared from the catalogues.
