Ooh, liking those red LED's. Tell me, is it better in your opinion to have cherry red modifiers? Or do you prefer having all of them tactile?

I originally did it as an experiment, then turned out liking it.
It might just be me getting used to it, but i can often just brush a finger against a red modifier, whereas having them all tactile requires a more deliberate keypress.
Maybe i'm just a sloppy typist...

Yeah modifiers make perfect sense, but that caps lock key is bugging me...
Well this is coming from a person that is typing on a 100% cherry mx blacks board anyway. I love my wyse

Yeah, I meant for the shift keys. I always like a nice "click" for my caps lock. I and I like to use it when I am typing something that has more than one capital key so i'm not holding my pinkie on shift for eternity.Muirium wrote: ↑Caps Lock is a mod. It doesn't type anything. Thanks! It's a OneProduct case I got from a member, here is the GB thread: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=28730.0
The only trouble I have with this board right now are the slightly yellowed Win and Menu caps, I need some PBT for them.

Then get rid of them and get a HUGE spacebar from a wise PCE or 50 ! There is one retrobriting in my back garden right now !

I don't think it's easy to put a HUGE spacebar on a faceU Those caps don't look bad to me, I like them.
And the case is a piece of history if I'm not wrong it's one of the first custom alu cases ever made for Poker, nice thing to own

I think I'm the last person to have an answer for "where can I get a Clack", I had some stupid luck with webwit's sale. I'm trying for almost 2 years to get an Octoberfest and a Candy Corn. While others pile this stuff in pyramides I had no luck.
And lately the prices skyrocketed some Claks go for 700-800$ it's insane....

Almost every staggered 40% layout removes a key from the home row, leaving anyone who wants to use Dvorak or Colemak in a bit of a pickle. Too small for me tooRedmaus wrote: ↑Looks sick. Haven't ever tried gateron blacks before. A little too small for me though

Just got my custom Cherry numpad done.
Could now be a G80-3700SFD instead of G80-3700HAD.
Now i only need an DIN to PS/2 or USB adapter...
