Intelligent Systems Corp - newly discovered Maxi Switch Vintage Linear board

I recently got my hands on a couple of pretty unique boards from Intelligent Systems Corp. which have Maxi Switch vintage linears - undocumented on the Wiki.

I can't find model numbers for either of these boards, but there are two variants - with and without the Function key row. Both boards use the same plate/wiring assembly, but one of them just covers up the function row with the front plate.
