It's interesting indeed. Bull is a French company that at this point in time was (probably amongst other things) selling rebranded IBM RS/6000 workstations... and this is the keyboard for one. You can see a cross-reference between Bull RS/6000 model numbers and the original IBM machines here. It's basically your average IBM RS/6000 Model M with a fancy badge and some supplementary stickers and branding.
Being an RS/6000 keyboard, this Model M has a speaker inside. It's otherwise a standard Model M besides the (noticable in real life) greyer than usual lock-light overlay.
