I have stepped Caps Lock on all my boards, and I use it as Control no problem here And I love the way it looks

CNC case? Is that the one Massdrop designed and manufactured? If it is, I heard that thing was awful.

Not quite as cool as OG Cherry caps, but I just finished up my NerD60 build (100s of SMD parts later) with EnjoyPBT cyrillic caps:

Thanks!
Yup, they are SMD LEDs soldered on their edge so that they point out the way.Muirium wrote: ↑Nifty. White LEDs pointing outward into a clear plastic case?

Makes me want to build an inductive pad into my standing desk, and have an array of wireless, glowing keyboards to place on it, interchangeably…

That would be pretty cool, you could also charge your phone on it too.

Thanks and I am on the search for some nice keycaps, the original keycaps were just to yellow and grimy. Sadly my UV tube broke some weeks ago, so I cant experiment with retrobrighting. The Satan GH60 (vintage Blacks and nixdorfs) works perfect, the GH60 Rev c also, the alps64 is still untested and the NerD (gateron clear housings with cherry mx clear sliders and cherry mx red springs) needs some fixing (multiple keypresses at once). Btw on every keyboard is one lock switch, I must say alps lock is still better than the cherry ones.

Finally got around to assembling the Weaven last night, although in typical Hz style I need to take it apart again as the spacebar is a bit sticky (custom bent wire obviously isn't as good as I thought it was). Still, feels and looks great, I was a little worried as it's probably the most I've spent on a custom board (case really I guess) but I'm super happy with this. The carbon fibre plate feels really nice and brings out the best in the clears.

Nice, that looks great Hz! Cherry WoB are so good for getting nice mods and the Realforce-style bottom row is really snazzy.
How is the case? I haven't really been following the project closely but the case really stood out to me.

Now that I've fixed the damn spacebar I can comment more . I wanted this to be a mini version of my Phantom so had to go with the Realforce bottom row. If I could take a picture worth a damn I'd post a group shot.scottc wrote: ↑Nice, that looks great Hz! The case is really nice, so nice infact that I've ordered some extra bars to make it a bit sexier . It feels really solid, the individual pieces are really well made and the anodising is brilliant.
The plate is the star of the show for me though; softer than aluminium one on my Phantom but whilst providing more rigidity than the acrylic one on the Ergodox.
It's a good week for me for keyboards, I've got a Whitefox to build this week as well .
