Yea I think you are right, I've searched quite a bit and this is the only thing close. Do you know what exactly was this used for? Input to a punchcard computer or printer.

I'm guessing that it was used as mainframe input, but perhaps in a smaller mainframe. Seems like Univac's larger ones used keyboards integrated into desks. Hopefully other people with more knowledge will chime in.
