For anyone that might be interested.
I opened up one of my IBM 51G8572 from the UK and figured I would take some pictures and document it here.
Surprised not one rivet was missing on the back plate. This keyboard has a lot of life left in it before it will need a bolt mod. It has the speaker inside and a very long detachable cable with a PS2 connecter.
Testing it on my retro 1993 IBM 425SX/Si computer. Running IBM DOS and Windows 3.1.
