On the way home from our local Lidl-discount market I found this :
Se scan 11, that answered a question I've had for some time :
What do you do if you don't have a sleek 7/32" nut-driver (=5.5 mm !) ?
Well, You take a 1/4-inch top, heat it and .....
It looked like SH*T, but nothing worse than what a 10% Hydrogen-peroxide solution can fix !I found it in the Trash-bin !! (1992 IBM Model M Danish)

NO.. I most certainly did NOT ruin it by doing that!!
'It was like that when I found it' .. As Homer would say
However, I can somehow understand why the original owner did it :
I went in to this local store that claims to be a specialist in tools and asked for a 5,5mm nut-driver ..
The answer : ' I don't think such a thing exists'
You should have seen the guys face when I then asked for a 7/32" nut-driver

Haha, as an Ugly American even I'll admit technically 5.5mm is the more precise fit.
I like the keys especially. I cross my 7s but not my Os and what's wrong with just typing A then E?

I think I recognize the problem. I had a 5.5mm bit from a snap-on set, but due to the outer width it didn't fit the hole.
