Ah, the world of amps. I'm sure their enthusiast community think we're weird and vice versa.
Would these be foil and foam?: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FANUC-A20B-00 ... 1735738878

I don't want to ruin this for anyone by posting a link, but there may be a mint-condition industrial model something-you-know-very-well up for sale right now, which maybe not so many people have noticed yet....

I don't think so... maybe because I'm both and maybe because there are many similarities.. the most interesting of all of them is about the volume pots they like most: you might not belive it but one of the most sought and beloved volume pot is the "blue alps" potentiometer!!! Yeah exactly what I said! And yes alps is the same company we know here for switches!!
Cool company indeed....

Didn't post it when I posted that cherry keyboard link from goodwill, just for that reason, probably someone just lost a very good deal, and boom there go the prices again :/Scarpia wrote: ↑I don't want to ruin this for anyone by posting a link, but there may be a mint-condition industrial model something-you-know-very-well up for sale right now, which maybe not so many people have noticed yet....

Well it seems like the Grand Rapids Goodwill has a huge cache of AEKs they've been selling lots of M0115s and M3501s for the last several months (I got one of what I think were the first lots), so if you miss out on this there may be a few more chances.Touch_It wrote: ↑I can only hope for the best .E3E wrote: ↑Now that it's out in the open, I don't see these going cheap. Now that what I got is on its way to me, I don't think it will hurt to re-post the link (despite what lolpes said): http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Leading ... SwjMJXDCZXalh84001 wrote: ↑Now you left us wondering...
Hopefully the switches themselves are okay since practically all the keys are gone and the board looks really grimy. I'd rather not trash the board but its condition doesn't leave me with much choice.
Guilty as charged, this keyboard hobby is making me more paranoid all the time.. The worst thing that could probably happen at this point is that the package gets lost along the way. Don't even think about it!
I trust all of you fine gentlemen to be good sports about it though! Trust no one...!

It's an early one even for the square-badge version =o . They're beautiful boards really. I can't really make out if it's got the blue secondary legends as well...seebart wrote: ↑And it's the early square label version.Redmaus wrote: ↑You might as well have just posted the link. I dunno goodwill but anything under 250 would be shocking. On greedbay it would probably go well over 400.emdude wrote: ↑I wonder how high it will go, there is still nearly 6 days left on the clock.

I decided against bidding any higher. I know it's late but if someone else wants to bid, go for it. I thought about it more and I decided with all that's going on in my life I didn't need to spend quote that much on keyboards atm.Touch_It wrote:I can only hope for the best .E3E wrote: ↑Now that it's out in the open, I don't see these going cheap. Last chance to snipe 3 Apple M3501s (top bid is $13 with just 1 hour left on the clock):
http://www.shopgoodwill.com/viewitem.as ... d=28962083
Sure, they're a bit dirty and one of them is a cracked banana model. And no orange Alps noms here; unlike that other lot of 3 Apple boards, these will be Salmon or Cream Damped Alps. But still, 3 full keyboards worth of of Alps and Apple AEK2 PBT keycaps aren't a bad deal at $14
So the question is who's still awake in the U.S. to snatch these? I'd snipe them myself, but overseas shipping+proxy fees would make it a so-so deal.
