Yes! For much less than I paid too. The key switch in the upper left is broken. I may pick it up myself if someone doesn't beat me to it. Or I can proxy it for a modest fee.
Yes. It's a completely smooth linear switch. Since it is a non-contact mechanism the only thing you feel is the spring. Somewhat annoyingly, the keys are rather heavy, and the Enter has an extra-heavy spring. This can all be fixed of course.
Hall Effect switches are rated to last longer than just about anything else. I wonder, was the COMPUDENT RAFI board that just sold, also Hall Effect?
). I'd check with the seller what it actually is before buying, I've seen sellers call ANSI boards "UK layout" because they're QWERTY so it could just be that.
